October 2023 – Embarking on a journey of 24 years in the industry is no small feat, and Ventureslink celebrated this remarkable milestone last October 20, 2023, with a heartwarming gesture that truly embodies the spirit of giving back.

In the spirit of gratitude and compassion, Ventureslink commemorated their 24 years of service by making a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most. They partnered with Destiny’s Home for Children Foundation to host a special charitable event dedicated to the orphaned and neglected children under the foundation’s care.

The event was organized and led by Asst. Vice President, Ms. Shana Alcoriza and Marketing Officer, Ms. Krissha Ebron. Ventureslink provided hygiene kits, essential supplies, snacks, school and writing materials for the kids. The team also prepared fun games and a small production number. It wasn’t just about material contributions; it was about crafting an experience that would light up the faces of the children, if only a day.

VMSI President, Mr. Martin Marasigan took center stage during the 24^th anniversary celebration and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the children and staff of Destiny’s Promise for being an integral part of VMSI’s 24-year journey. He acknowledged the importance of their presence in making the celebration truly special. In extending his appreciation, Mr. Marasigan emphasized the significance of shared milestones. It wasn’t just about VMSI reaching 24 years; it was about celebrating with a community that had become extended family. VMSI Team Building 2023

September 2023 – Ventureslink Management Solutions Inc. kicked off the “ber” months with their Team Building Activity held in Binangonan Rizal last September 1 and 2, 2023.

The team building was organized and facilitated by Ms. Krissha Ebron and Ms. Shana Alcoriza. It was filled with fun and exciting games to unleash the team’s interpersonal skills, build trust, unity and strengthen the communication of the group. They also invited a special guest speaker, Mr. Arlito D. Perez, former President of VMSI, to give insights and shared learnings on how to be an effective team player.

Socializing and making friends in the workplace are some of the best ways to increase productivity in a virtual, hybrid, or in-person environment. Through this Team Building program, the team had the opportunity to personally get to know more about each and every member of VMSI.

To conclude the program, President and COO of VMSI, Mr. Martin Marasigan gave his closing remarks and took the opportunity to announce the company’s rewards and incentive program, Ventureslink Incentive Program or VIP, to recognize teams and individuals for their exemplary performances as the group aims to end 2023 on its highest deployment levels since 1999. June 2023 – Ventureslink Management Solutions Inc. conducted a team building activity for Panasonic Cebu Sales Promoters last May 13 to 14, 2023 in Akeish Beach Resort, Medillin, Cebu.

The team building was led and organized by VMSI’s Account Manager Joko Acuna and Sr. Compliance Manager, Mel Panganiban, who also spearheaded the soft skills training program.

The main objective of the said activity was to create a strong team through bonds and connections, to ignite the spirit of achievement in gaining performance excellence and to improve their selling skills. April 2023 – Ventureslink Management Solutions, Inc. celebrated its 10^th Year of Partnership with Star Paper Corp. last April 28, 2022 held at Kowloon West Ave. Quezon City Philippines.

The event recognized the sustained partnership of both companies with VMSI being one of the trusted service providers of SPC since April 2013. VMSI also awarded Service Loyalty awards to its employees who have rendered 10 years of service with the company.
